ABOUT ME

I get what it's like to not know where to start with a new therapist in NYC especially when you may have only seen a therapist virtually for years now.

I am seeing people virtually and in-person in the West Village. I believe that how you feel in the room with your therapist is a vital part of the healing process. Because trauma is so overwhelming, it is difficult, if not impossible, to find the solutions and heal on your own.
